For over 15 years, I've had the privilege of working as a Senior Physiotherapist, helping adolescents and adults of all ages achieve their health and wellness goals. My passion lies in empowering people to live their best lives, free from pain and limitations.

Since graduating in 2009, I've completed a Master's Degree in Advanced Manipulative Physiotherapy from the University of Birmingham in the UK, along with numerous postgraduate courses to deepen my expertise. I've worked across primary care centres, acute hospitals, community therapy services, and GP practices — both here in Australia and overseas.

I'm AHPRA registered and an active member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association, which keeps me connected to the latest evidence-based practices. But what truly drives me is the chance to make a real difference in people's lives. That's why I developed mobile physiotherapy programs — to break down the barriers of traditional clinic-based care and bring expert support directly to you, wherever you are.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and always focused on helping you feel your best. I'm not just here to treat symptoms — I'm here to help you rediscover your strength, confidence, and joy in movement.
